Our mission

In response to the COVID-19 crisis, Minneapolis-based Allina Health System pioneered a home-based care program to manage patient capacity challenges and reduce hospital strain during the pandemic. Building on its early success, Allina strategically expanded its in-home treatment capabilities over the next two years, ultimately caring for 3,000 patients across 250 diagnoses—proving that hospital-level care could succeed beyond traditional brick-and-mortar facilities.

This success laid the foundation for Inbound Health, founded in 2022, to bring home-based care innovation to health systems nationwide. Today, Inbound partners with hospitals to design, launch, and scale advanced care at home programs. Through two specialized divisions—a management services arm focused on strategy, payor negotiations, workflow optimization, and technology, as well as a clinical enterprise arm delivering direct patient care—Inbound enables health systems to reimagine care delivery and extend their reach beyond the hospital directly into their patients’ homes.
